Just a stone's throw from the hotel and right before heading back to Finistère. We simply couldn't resist stopping for a delicious banh mi. The welcome was incredibly friendly, the owner clearly passionate about his work, and the banh mi were so refreshing in the heatwave—we truly enjoyed them on our way home. We should have ordered another one! Thank you for this wonderful experience.

One of my favorite spots in Paris for a good bánh mì. The place is small, but full of life. I love the decor: maximalist, colorful, a little quirky, but very cohesive. There are objects everywhere—drawings, plush toys, references to Shin-chan, La Vache qui Rit (The Laughing Cow), Vietnam… You can really feel a personal story behind every detail. It's not a cold or standardized place; it's a place with soul. The owner is very kind, the place is clean, well-maintained, and everything looks fresh. The sandwiches are generous, with lots of vegetables, crusty bread, and recipes that are a bit different from what you find elsewhere. My favorite so far is the chicken with pineapple, available only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The lemongrass one is also very good. I also appreciate that they explain the history of the bánh mì, the baguette, Indochina, and the arrival of this Vietnamese sandwich. It's simple yet interesting, and it gives the place even more meaning. The prices are reasonable for Paris, everything is clearly marked, and they accept almost all forms of payment, even paper restaurant vouchers, which is becoming rare. There are a few seats for eating in, but since it's small, it's also perfect for takeout. And I really appreciate that part of the tips goes to help underprivileged families in Vietnam, so leave a small tip if you can ❤️ An authentic, family-run, generous, and artistic place in its own way, and really convenient when you want to eat quickly, well, and affordably in Paris.
