Lieu toujours aussi agréable pour boire un verre ou déjeuner ! Le service est très agréable et la cuisine tient sa promesse de produits frais savoureusement préparés ! L'ambiance est très agréable même si les guêpes viennent un peu gâcher la fête. Je recommande et y retournerai avec plaisir.

Bon accueil. Service agréable et efficace. Plusieurs choix du jour et à la carte. Bonne qualité. Desserts maison. Terrasse au calme. Grand choix de glace et crêpes. Je recommande pour le déjeuner ou goûter. Le seul hic : les prix qui ont fait un sacré bon en avant (lasagnes 22 euros et coupe de glace 10 euros)

Nice place to land, especially after completing the walk to the beautiful Lake de la Douche. Full of hikers and French people in an otherwise rather simple village. This restaurant distinguishes itself by serving huge portions of ice cream with all kinds of special flavor variants. This also seems typical of the region. From 11 euros for an iceberg.

02/11/2025: The Grands Bains offer a soothing and rejuvenating experience, with a splendid mountain view. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for unwinding. Reservations are required, and I recommend avoiding the end of the day, as it gets very crowded. Despite this, the setting and the quality of the experience are truly worthwhile. A peaceful escape not to be missed! 🤩
13/09/2025: The hot water and the facilities are super nice, however, it was way too noisy and way too crowded, at least 50/60 in the outdoor pool. 70+ in the indoor pool. The sauna and steam room don't have time to heat up because of the constant back and forth.

01/11/2025: The person I spoke to on the phone who took our payment was lovely, and the servers were very friendly! However, the raclette cheese was disappointing; it really tasted like supermarket cheese… Homemade raclette would have been better, in my opinion. Furthermore, the menu online doesn't match the restaurant's menu, and for two glasses of white wine and a raclette for two, we ended up paying €73, which is a bit of a shame.
