Chez Fourmi sur Narbonne

Once again, we received a very warm welcome at Fourmi! Lovely team, generous portions, great atmosphere!

We had a wonderful time at FOURMI, it was our first visit to Narbonne, and the market hall is fantastic. The service and the quality of the food were excellent. Smiles and kindness all around. A big thank you!

A restaurant inside the Narbonne covered market. Meat specialties, various cuts available. We ordered the beef tartare, but horse meat is also available. Other dishes include pork. Various cuts are available. You can eat at the counter or at tables, or outside if you prefer. Each dish is served with fries and a pre-dressed side salad. We spent €45 for two tartares and two medium beers. They offer two shots of house rum to finish. A lively place, popular with locals as well. Worth a visit, in my opinion.

What a great find this snack bar was! We decided to eat at the counter, and the staff was fantastic. They used fresh products sourced from the market vendors, and when they ran out of meat, you just had to order some across the street and it was delivered right there! 😁 Go for it without hesitation if you're looking for a local atmosphere, but be sure to bring cash or checks, as they don't accept credit cards. A huge thank you to the whole team for a wonderful experience.

Market atmosphere! Meats from the butcher across the street, very reasonable prices, and a small glass of infused rum as a bonus. The welcome is warm and friendly, the service is efficient.
