A meal during a visit to the city, surrounded by regulars, which is always reassuring. The welcome was very warm, despite the restaurant being full. The food was generous and showcased the fresh, seasonal ingredients on the menu. A very good experience; I highly recommend it.

Spectacular!! The quality of the fish is superb and everything is cooked to perfection. The red mullet and sea bass were a 10/10! We had a truly wonderful dinner and were very satisfied with everything.

While passing through Sète, we stumbled upon this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised. The dishes are simple, generous, and very tasty, offering excellent value for money. The servers are very attentive and friendly. If you enjoy quality fish or seafood, or want to discover local specialties, this is a great place to eat!

I sat outside and had a lovely view of the people passing by I went for scallops in garlic sauce with pasta. Very good.

I can only say that the welcome we receive every time, given the unpredictable arrival times... It opens at 12 noon and I arrive at 11:00 am, the kitchen closes at 3:00 pm and we arrive at 3:30 pm, but unfortunately, being on a transfer to or from Italy, the kilometers are many and unexpected events are always lurking. The smile of "Madame Francesca," at the helm of the third consecutive generation of Chez Francois management, this historic and evocative Brasserie Boulangerie, already expresses her willingness to make this trap over the phone. You will be greeted by something that will make you consider everything you've been tasting in the form of mollusks until just moments before, the biggest mistake you've ever made. The entire Mediterranean will open up in your mouth, with every oyster, mussel, clam, etc.... I don't drink alcohol, but some people have enjoyed an excellent champagne. Get into the mentality that here, champagne is like sparkling wine for us, and here in Sete, which is also very pretty and historic, the first oyster farm in the world was born, and by virtue of this, you will be amazed by a quality-price ratio that will leave you pleasantly surprised.
