Excellent restaurant in Nantes! Le Franklin offers delicious cuisine at a great price. The dishes are well-prepared, generous, and served with genuine care—the staff is welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the meal.
A minor drawback was the "French toast-style brioche" dessert: the slice was a little thin and seemed overcooked in butter, which masked the delicate flavor of the milk and egg mixture in the traditional recipe. It's a shame, because with a gentler cooking method, the dessert would have been perfect.
Despite this small detail, Le Franklin remains an excellent restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation for its quality, service, and atmosphere.

I had a great experience at this restaurant on two separate occasions.
The air-conditioned dining room is particularly pleasant.
The salmon tartare was excellent, and the cocktails were more than good.
I highly recommend it.

A very good dinner with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a cozy setting.
We were two couples and we were all very satisfied with the meal and the atmosphere.
The staff was very pleasant, efficient, discreet, kind, and attentive.
It was very hot, and they brought us water every time our carafe was empty without us even asking.
We would gladly return to Brasserie Franklin and highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent experience! Unfortunately, I wasn't hungry enough for dessert, but I highly recommend the egg cocotte with Curé Nantais cheese. It was my first time trying this cheese, and it was delicious. The rhubarb jam complemented the egg perfectly.
I ordered the salmon tartare without hesitation, and it was also delicious. The fries were delicious and perfectly cooked. I don't usually like salads that come with main courses, but this one was finished first!
I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Nantes.

We had a very good meal, and I thought the price-performance ratio was good. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food arrived quickly. The only downside I could mention was that the terrace was directly on the sidewalk, and occasionally loud motorcycles or similar vehicles drove by. Also, the seating area wasn't very spacious. But of course, space and location are often like that in a big city like Nantes. But the food and service were excellent!
