We had a very good meal, and I thought the price-performance ratio was good. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the drinks and food arrived quickly. The only downside I could mention was that the terrace was directly on the sidewalk, and occasionally loud motorcycles or similar vehicles drove by. Also, the seating area wasn't very spacious. But of course, space and location are often like that in a big city like Nantes. But the food and service were excellent!

Excellent experience! Unfortunately, I wasn't hungry enough for dessert, but I highly recommend the egg cocotte with Curé Nantais cheese. It was my first time trying this cheese, and it was delicious. The rhubarb jam complemented the egg perfectly.
I ordered the salmon tartare without hesitation, and it was also delicious. The fries were delicious and perfectly cooked. I don't usually like salads that come with main courses, but this one was finished first!
I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Nantes.

The restaurant was full on a Wednesday night, which says a lot. There was seating outside, inside and upstairs. There was a lovely atmosphere, the staff were excellent. Food was really lovely 😍

Excellent time at Franklin!
The restaurant is beautiful, with a warm and elegant atmosphere. The service was impeccable from start to finish: professional, smiling staff who were always attentive to their customers.
The dishes were simply delicious, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The entire team contributed to making our experience enjoyable and memorable.
Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!
