Having visited a few years ago, I rediscovered this place and the cuisine, which remains a delight. I had a long conversation with the Chef, who was very friendly and passionate. Thank you again.

A truly remarkable experience in the heart of Nantes. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail is immediately apparent. The presentation of the dishes is absolutely magnificent. I particularly appreciated the care taken with the garnish, with its thin coconut slivers and small red sprouts that add a real visual finesse to the whole. It's a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Everything was perfectly balanced. I will gladly return to explore the rest of the menu.

Fantastic takeaway experience at Roza today! We tried both fish sandwiches: pollack and octopus, and they were exceptional! The bread is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it's a refreshing change from the usual takeaway lunches. I was already familiar with the restaurant (which I love), and the takeaway is definitely on the same level! Highly recommended, go for it!

It was an incredible meal this Tuesday. I've never been disappointed at this restaurant. I've always enjoyed scallops and sweetbreads. But this Tuesday, the experience was truly moving. The asparagus enhanced with bottarga, the chilled spider crab, and the hanger steak with spring vegetables brought tears to my eyes. It was beautiful, it was delicious, and it was powerful. The dessert, a small pot of chocolate cream, transported me back to my childhood, and I left the restaurant with stars in my eyes. Thank you.

An excellent lunch spot, featuring fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful dishes. The menu changes weekly, offering original and delicate flavors. The staff is friendly and very pleasant. Good value for money, with attractive decor and beautiful presentation. A lovely Nantes address, just steps from the Dobrée Museum.

A wonderful discovery this lunchtime! In an authentic and pleasant setting, we had a very good lunch, with excellent service and a superb set menu. The three-course meal was excellent value for money. The dishes were original and beautifully presented; we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the staff were attentive and helpful. A perfect experience in my opinion.
