We were received very warmly in the cozy, warm restaurant. We started with a glass of champagne accompanied by a very tasty amuse-bouche. We shared a delicious gravlax. For the main course, we chose the crispy veal rice, accompanied by a palm heart filled with escargots. The veal rice was sublime! We finished with a perfect millefeuille.

A truly remarkable experience in the heart of Nantes. From the moment you arrive, the attention to detail is immediately apparent.
The presentation of the dishes is absolutely magnificent. I particularly appreciated the care taken with the garnish, with its thin coconut slivers and small red sprouts that add a real visual finesse to the whole. It's a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
Everything was perfectly balanced. I will gladly return to explore the rest of the menu.

Fantastic takeaway experience at Roza today!
We tried both fish sandwiches: pollack and octopus, and they were exceptional!
The bread is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and it's a refreshing change from the usual takeaway lunches.
I was already familiar with the restaurant (which I love), and the takeaway is definitely on the same level!
Highly recommended, go for it!

It was an incredible meal this Tuesday. I've never been disappointed at this restaurant. I've always enjoyed scallops and sweetbreads. But this Tuesday, the experience was truly moving. The asparagus enhanced with bottarga, the chilled spider crab, and the hanger steak with spring vegetables brought tears to my eyes. It was beautiful, it was delicious, and it was powerful. The dessert, a small pot of chocolate cream, transported me back to my childhood, and I left the restaurant with stars in my eyes. Thank you.
