Delicious food, very friendly waitress. Too bad the boss is not the most welcoming, neither on the phone nor in person.

I'm not in the habit of being harsh in my comments and ratings, but too many things were wrong here: - Not very warm welcome - The waitress not smiling and not very polite - Quite noisy atmosphere but quite nice decoration - Unavailable dishes indicated only at the time of ordering and not when the menus were given to us - Glass of wine requested several times and given almost at the end of the dish - Little sauce with the braised beef, too bad, it was good - Dry and not very tasty but generous tiramisu - No digestive offered unlike other restaurants in Valloire Fortunately there was the angus tagliata to raise the level, but still €38 Very very mixed despite the positive comments left by other customers

Even though we come to Valloire every year summer and winter , it has been a few years since we ate here but tonight made up for all those lost years. I normally don't eat meat but I could not resist the rack of lamb with a herb crust. The dish was served on a wooden platter with mashed potatoes , gravy and a vegetable ratatouille. The lamb was cooked to perfection and was extremely juicy and tender with a lovely flavour. The potatoes were top notch too. We had a bottle of Tête Noire Vaqueryas which had lovely fruity notes and a nice dark red colour. For dessert I took the Mont Thabor creation which was solid meringue nest with caramel and chestnut ice creams - another hit. Good unfussy service. 220€ for 4 is not cheap but it was worth it.

Os à moelle suivi d’un ris de veau de cœur pour ma part ont ravi mes papilles à un très haut niveau. Rognons de veau et profiterole au chocolat pour madame qui n’était pas en reste. Une table à fréquenter assurément si vous passez à Valloire.

Everything is magnificent... the menu, the welcome, the style of the establishment... really everything. Great research in dishes prepared with dexterity, fresh and seasonal vegetables. Really great 😍😍 Unmissable: the trip to the toilet which is worth its weight in peanuts. 🤣

Welcomed with a smile, the dishes are cooked, well presented, the products are fresh, the plates are copious and the service is impeccable… finally, real professionals! It's nice. I recommend the Mediterranean grilled octopus ❤️‍🔥

Mixed, fairly fast service but we weren't very comfortable, there was a weird atmosphere. Cooks well.
