A simple dinner with exceptional presentation. Thank you to the whole team; the egg was perfect, but the mushroom mousse with truffle shavings was a magnificent combination.

Discovered by chance one of those late summer evenings, traveling north from the south, wondering between traffic jams where to eat to make it feel like one last bit of vacation… and frankly, it was a jackpot! Impeccable ingredients, perfectly cooked (as they say on Top Chef), a touch of creativity but not overdone, and a price-quality ratio that would make any customer embarrassed if they honestly questioned it – but the wine and digestif list will prevent that scenario. We should add that this village is very pretty and certainly worth a visit, even if it's just to find a parking spot to try this excellent restaurant.

The wines are of good quality, but the geographical diversity of the selection could be expanded. In conclusion, this is a truly exceptional restaurant that showcases local produce while reinterpreting it in a culinary style—highly recommended.
05/08/2026: This gourmet restaurant is located in a charming corner of Beaugency. The first impression is good (setting, decor, welcome). The cuisine is inventive. The downsides: all the main courses arrived lukewarm. The red wine ordered at the beginning of the meal (Chinon) arrived at 24 degrees Celsius! I pointed this out to the head waitress, who tried to justify it. This is not the expected behavior in a gourmet restaurant. The Champagne ordered as an aperitif should have been served in glasses in front of the customers. The canapés accompanying the Champagne arrived when the Champagne was almost finished. I regret that the chef didn't come to the dining room. I hope these comments help you improve.
