The interior is very pretty, the terrace is pleasant, it's a shame there's so much foot traffic, the food is good. Negative points: the menus give a really bad first impression of the restaurant when they're brought to you because they're completely torn, no orange slices in the spritz... a basic courtesy!

The wines are of good quality, but the geographical diversity of the selection could be expanded. In conclusion, this is a truly exceptional restaurant that showcases local produce while reinterpreting it in a culinary style—highly recommended.
05/08/2026: This gourmet restaurant is located in a charming corner of Beaugency. The first impression is good (setting, decor, welcome). The cuisine is inventive. The downsides: all the main courses arrived lukewarm. The red wine ordered at the beginning of the meal (Chinon) arrived at 24 degrees Celsius! I pointed this out to the head waitress, who tried to justify it. This is not the expected behavior in a gourmet restaurant. The Champagne ordered as an aperitif should have been served in glasses in front of the customers. The canapés accompanying the Champagne arrived when the Champagne was almost finished. I regret that the chef didn't come to the dining room. I hope these comments help you improve.
