Chez Ingall's sur Annecy

Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed all the food from entree to dessert! Patio has a lovely ambiance and the occasional mist made this a great summer stop! Highly recommend

We had a pleasant time at this restaurant: the food was very good and the service was attentive. However, I would like to draw attention to something that really struck me about the restrooms. When I entered the restrooms, I saw a spacious stall with a toilet, as well as an area with two urinals. I didn't see any hygiene products or facilities specifically for women. I was particularly struck by seeing a woman with a very young baby trying to change her child's diaper near the sink, due to the lack of a suitable changing area. This situation seemed particularly indicative of the lack of consideration for the needs of women and parents. I understand that there might be other restrooms in a large restaurant, and therefore I cannot comment on all the facilities. But in the restrooms I saw, the layout clearly seemed much more geared towards men's needs than women's. This might not be an immediately noticeable issue if you're not directly affected, but it's precisely these small details that make a place truly comfortable and inclusive for everyone. Therefore, I'm sharing this comment not to criticize the restaurant—the food and service were very satisfactory—but in the hope that this point can be taken into consideration and possibly improved.

A great place to eat in Annecy. We had dinner as a family at Chez Ingalls and enjoyed the generous and delicious food served by friendly staff, especially Sylvain who gave us lots of helpful advice. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent! Very friendly, pleasant, and professional service.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick despite the restaurant's size. That said, it does feel a bit like a factory. Probably a great spot for large groups, but less suitable if you're looking for a more intimate, gourmet experience. The meat was a bit dry and the sauce lacked flavor. However, the tuna tataki was excellent.

Food was amazing. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection, and the cheddar cheese sauce was exquisite… 100% recommend this restaurant if you are in Annecy!

We were seated inside but if you go, ask to be seated outside. Our server was also the bartender, very very nice but spoke no English and my French is rusty so couldn't ask any questions about the menu. I had a gin & apricot cocktail the was delightful. We split the prime rib for two. Excellent! Remember - in France, Medium is Medium to Rare so wish we had ordered Well Done to get Medium. I would recommend.
