I had already tried it and had a rather good memory of it, but my experience with this visit was somewhat mixed: the starter with the rich, creamy sauce was very good and original, the homemade foie gras was excellent, but the surf and turf accompaniment wasn't really my thing. For the Caesar salad, I only got half the egg; the yolk was perfect, and the original dressing was a bit bland. The salad was also too soggy. The chicken was good, but overall, it was just okay. The cheese plate was quite good, and I didn't try the desserts, but they looked good. I was a little disappointed with my visit and would like to try it again with a different dish (I ordered a set menu for €40). However, the view of the Jacques Cœur Palace was fantastic.

First lunch at "Chez Jacques" The menu wasn't overloaded, which was a plus. The waitress was very friendly and immediately put us at ease. The meal was excellent and generous. One small drawback: allow people time to enjoy your delicious cocktail before serving the main course... for us, it was a little rushed. I recommend this establishment opposite the Jacques Coeur Palace. A small personal request: Could you please share the recipe for your excellent cocktail from Sunday lunch?

A place with a sublime setting, the Jacques Cœur Palace, refined cuisine with delicious dishes, and an excellent myrtle liqueur cocktail. A delightful dinner, charming and attentive staff. It was a truly magical moment. I highly recommend this establishment. A wonderful discovery.

Rediscovered last night with a new chef, and what a surprise! The meal was simply excellent and the team was incredibly welcoming. I will definitely be back!
