A very good and beautiful restaurant with impeccable, fast service. The waitresses and waiters were very pleasant and attentive to the customer. Our waitress's name was Celine; she was truly lovely, smiling, and friendly. There's a very good menu with wood-fired dishes, and it has the added bonus of being open year-round, which is a huge plus for us locals. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation; I will definitely return. It's really worth the trip. Remember to book on their website, which is very convenient.

As always, perfect. This is the sixth time my sweetheart and I have been, and it's always an incredible experience! The servers are top-notch, both in terms of service and kindness (thanks again for the blanket, haha). You can tell the team is fantastic. The food, desserts, and drinks were also a delight, with incredibly generous portions of meat and desserts 🤤 Honestly, of all the restaurants in southern Corsica (or even all of Corsica), this is by far my favorite!

A glass of champagne was offered upon arrival, and there was no set menu—a freedom and elegance that made all the difference. We chose one of their specialties, a magnificent rib of beef cooked over a wood fire, a true delight, perfectly cooked and accompanied by a remarkable homemade peppercorn sauce. The wine recommendations were spot-on and precise, further highlighting the exceptional quality of the ingredients. As the evening progressed, the staff even took the time to move us to a different table, seating us near the fireplace so we could enjoy dessert in an even cozier atmosphere. It's these thoughtful touches that transform a wonderful dinner into a truly memorable experience! We knew L’Alivi in ​​the summer and off-season, but discovering it in winter was a true revelation. An exceptional place, a unique atmosphere, and an owner and staff of rare kindness. Everything was just right, human, and genuine. We ate at Alivi one evening in December. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the food excellent. The service was exemplary: it's truly wonderful to be greeted with a smile, especially since the team was able to answer all our culinary questions. There were five of us, ranging in age from 30 to 80, and all five of our palates were delighted. We highly recommend it!
