I decided to give it a try and sampled the famous pizza at Chez Jo!
The pizza selection is rather limited, with relatively few options, and the prices are quite typical of Aix-en-Provence. The crust is very thin: it's a matter of taste, but personally, I prefer a good Neapolitan crust.
That said, the pizza was still good! I had a chorizo and cheese pizza, while my friend chose the anchovy one.
To finish, we shared a blueberry tart, which we found quite good but rather simple and a bit dry for my taste. A nice experience to try, but it wasn't a favorite.

I came to eat with my mother this week at this restaurant. We were just passing through and were delighted to have found this place.
The restaurant is spotless, the staff very friendly, and the food was impeccable! Everything on the menu looked tempting, but we both opted for the daily special, which was stuffed vegetables. I absolutely don't regret our choice; it was simply excellent!
Furthermore, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place; you're sure to have a wonderful time :)

I really enjoyed this restaurant; the atmosphere is relaxed, the menu is fairly simple, and the food is good.
It was originally a pizzeria, but they also serve grilled meats, salads, and traditional dishes.
Cooked in a wood-fired oven.
Some vegetarian options (cheese pizza, pasta with pesto, in particular).

A very warm welcome, even without a reservation.
Our order was then taken very quickly.
The pizzas are real pizzas with homemade dough and fresh ingredients.
A great experience!
I highly recommend it.
