Chez Jules sur Ciboure

A wonderful discovery at the end of October 2025! It's lovely to be able to stop for a meal in a nice little place while walking to Fort Socoa. The waitress who greeted and served us was very friendly and welcoming. We had mussels and fries, which were delicious, with a generous cone of fries. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic time at Chez Jules!! It started with a very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming reception. We ordered two mussels marinière (homemade fries!!!!) and two beers for €32. So, excellent value for money. The setting is great, beautiful view, few tables, quick service (but not too fast, because it's all homemade). In short, a great place.

We enjoyed the cuisine at "Chez Jules" restaurant during the "Autumn at the Restaurant" event. The welcome and service were perfect, the food was delicious, and the terrace near the Socoa fort was lovely. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

Excellent value for money! Simple and unpretentious, the waiters and waitresses are very pleasant and we had a great time!

Very pleasantly surprised during our stop at this restaurant for lunch. 2 fisherman's plates, a pure delight!! Everything was there to delight the taste buds. Quality of the products, cooking, accompaniment, the catch of the day (tuna steak) was delicious. Very pleasant and smiling waiters, and the little extra....the small bowl of water for our thirsty dog. All this for a very reasonable price. PS. The ice cream sundaes are delicious...😛

We ate well but the hygiene seemed questionable to us. We assume that the hygiene rules are respected, but that is the impression we had when approaching the kitchens...
