We came this evening.
We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The dishes are delicious, prepared with care, and the welcome is truly warm and pleasant.
Special mention for the dessert, the apple Tatin, a real treat!
And above all, congratulations to the young person who took over this restaurant just a few months ago. It's a great adventure, and she truly deserves to be encouraged and congratulated for her hard work and dedication.

We felt the lunchtime rush. The wait was sometimes long. The service, however, was excellent. The dishes, on the other hand, were good but nothing special. The desserts could be made a little less sweet so they would be more enjoyable. For the price, it's very reasonable, but the portions are small.

We stayed one night in Challon-sur-Soane and were delighted with the delicious food at Chez Jules. The service was very friendly and welcoming, of course. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We would love to come back.

The food is prepared with great care and is truly delicious, at a very reasonable price. The sauces are very tasty; you can tell everything is fresh. The ambiance is subtly playful, very new, and well-maintained. The service is very friendly and attentive. We even chatted with the owner for a few minutes—a very friendly and courageous man with a fantastic attitude. Bravo, keep it up!

We booked for three people and chose the €35 set menu.
We had mixed feelings about the food. The starters were good, but the duck breast wasn't particularly good, and the sauce was still congealed, making it unpleasant to eat.
The bread was very dry; I mentioned this to the person who served me, and he told me he would try to sort it out with the baker, as he had received similar complaints.
The pastry for the tart was quite hard and difficult to cut.
Otherwise, the dishes were beautifully presented, and the waitresses were very pleasant and efficient. We will definitely try it again.
