We received a very warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes, many featuring local produce. We came as a family of 13, and everyone was delighted with their meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Arriving completely unexpectedly from Alsace, after a busy day, we walked into Chez Laurette in Baume-les-Dames… and what a wonderful surprise! My menu included: 🥗 Warm goat cheese as a starter 🍝 Linguine with homemade pesto and chicken (the pesto… mamma mia 🤌) 🍰 Nutella tiramisu for dessert The result: not a single flaw, no regrets, empty plates. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, generous portions, and bursting with flavor. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Special mention to the owner, who was truly lovely, smiling, and warm—a little shout-out to the Marie-Jo of Baume-les-Dames, you know what I mean 😄 A fantastic discovery, made on a whim. It just goes to show that the best places are sometimes the ones you don't plan on finding… but you never forget them 🍽️✨ 👉 We'll definitely be back!

A simple pizzeria, with generously topped and, above all, excellent pizzas.

I had lunch at this restaurant, it was just okay. The wait time for a single dish was quite long in my opinion, there was too much sauce, and the carbonara was too salty...

Simple cuisine (pizzas, open-faced sandwiches, hot dishes, meat in sauce, etc.) but generous and very tasty. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They can accommodate groups (we booked at the last minute for 10 people at 8 pm on a Saturday night and it wasn't a problem at all). We had a wonderful, convivial time and highly recommend this place!
