Passing through Baume-les-Dames, we stopped at this charming restaurant. It was an excellent experience. The service and welcome were very friendly, the morel mushroom tart was delicious, as was the dessert, generously portioned profiteroles. We will gladly return!

We discovered Bambi's Relais on our journey and were delighted with this restaurant, which offers a very warm welcome, top-notch service, and excellent homemade cuisine. 12/04/2026: Passing through the area, we didn't think we'd be able to get a table without a reservation, but what a pleasant surprise! We were able to get a table and enjoy a superb meal. Thanks again to the whole team. If you're ever in the area, stop by! We highly recommend it. Stephan and Gisèle
31/03/2026: I received a very warm welcome. The menu was mouthwatering, with its diverse selection of dishes, all fresh and expertly prepared. The meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection, as was the seasoning. I enjoyed a small, local beer, which was very good. It's clear that every dish is prepared with care; in fact, the restaurant was packed on a Tuesday evening. The price, which might seem high at first glance, is fully justified by the quality of the food and the impeccable service. Thank you.
