27/06/2026: This review concerns the restaurant experience: The food is very good, but there's a real organizational problem: - Everyone has to be present to start service, and the visitors were 30 minutes late (because of the tour), so we spent 30 minutes at the table doing nothing. - The service was very slow, almost 3 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert; in the middle of a heatwave, that's unbearable. - The dining room is really noisy; you can't hear yourself speak. In short, the ingredients are truly excellent, but there's a major organizational issue, and the time spent there for lunch was far too long. But again, the ingredients are flawless; we shop there with pleasure, knowing that the site is well-managed!
