This review concerns the restaurant experience: The food is very good, but there's a real organizational problem:
- Everyone has to be present to start service, and the visitors were 30 minutes late (because of the tour), so we spent 30 minutes at the table doing nothing.
- The service was very slow, almost 3 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert; in the middle of a heatwave, that's unbearable.
- The dining room is really noisy; you can't hear yourself speak.
In short, the ingredients are truly excellent, but there's a major organizational issue, and the time spent there for lunch was far too long.
But again, the ingredients are flawless; we shop there with pleasure, knowing that the site is well-managed!
A visit to the farm with Stéphane, a passionate professional who shares his expertise and teaches us about raising and slaughtering animals respectfully. The tasting meal that followed was a parade of delicious dishes, each more exquisite than the last! What a joy to savor such high-quality local produce, brought directly from the farmyard to our plates!
We had a very enjoyable meal. The dishes were excellent, made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, and the accompanying wines were good. The tour of the site before the meal was very well done. We will gladly return.
