During a walk in the snow, we decided to start our meal at this restaurant. The welcome was perfect, the cuisine based on fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients. No complaints whatsoever, well done gentlemen, keep up the good work!

A truly wonderful experience. The team has managed to respect the history of the place while bringing a real breath of fresh air. The welcome is impeccable, the team is top-notch, caring, and passionate. The cuisine is excellent, generous, and expertly prepared. As for the evenings organized by the fireplace, they are simply incredible and give the place a unique character. A huge thank you to the entire team for their commitment and dedication to keeping this historic site in the Pays Toy alive and thriving.

A wonderful evening by the fireside. A family-style meal featuring delicious dishes: frog legs, garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), and rib-eye steak with a creamy dauphinoise potato gratin. The experience of dining at Louisette's, with the drive there and back through the snow under a starry sky, was truly special; a memorable experience for young and old alike. Don't forget a small sled for the little ones! The new team gave us a very warm welcome. Everyone was delighted.
