A wonderful evening by the fireside. A family-style meal featuring delicious dishes: frog legs, garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew), and rib-eye steak with a creamy dauphinoise potato gratin. The experience of dining at Louisette's, with the drive there and back through the snow under a starry sky, was truly special; a memorable experience for young and old alike. Don't forget a small sled for the little ones! The new team gave us a very warm welcome. Everyone was delighted.

We absolutely loved our late-night dinner at Louisette! I'd heard great things about it, and I can see why! A warm welcome, generous portions (royal garbure, frog legs, and rib-eye steak for us tonight, accompanied by a divine gratin dauphinois!), all in a relaxed atmosphere. The walk from the parking lot to the restaurant through the snow at nightfall, illuminated by the moonlight, completed an unforgettable experience for the whole family! 😉 We'll definitely be back!

Congratulations to the managers for the new self-service concept; it saves time getting back on the slopes if you want. The food is delicious and very well presented; we ate there three times this week. A young and dynamic team at the foot of the lifts under a magnificent sun. I highly recommend it. Having just arrived on vacation, we ended up here on the recommendation of our accommodation, but without any further information about the exact location or how to get there. After hastily booking dinner, we set off (by car) using the GPS... imagine our surprise when we arrived at the snow-covered parking lot, plunged into darkness! 😅 We followed the "path" through the darkness and snow... halfway there, we called to make sure we were on the right track. Once reassured, we continued and finally reached our destination after a 10-minute walk, realizing that the restaurant was right in the middle of the slopes! 😅😍 Once there, we were treated like royalty. The staff is incredibly kind and lovely. We tried the garbure au flambadou. Delicious!! We even got to watch the flambadou show. After a little génépi liqueur, we headed back by the light of the moon and the snow groomer. The driver spotted our boys in the beam of his headlights and offered them a ride... needless to say, the experience was incredible! Especially for our 7-year-old, who had never seen snow three hours earlier! Thank you so much. It was amazing!

Fantastic restaurant, highly recommended! The rib-eye steaks grilled over the fireplace were excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff very friendly. A very generous and truly delicious meal!

A family dinner in the heart of the forest with garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) and frog legs... a complete change of scenery and a truly delicious meal (the gratin dauphinois was a particular favorite). The welcome was very friendly. The walk back in the middle of the night, using our cell phone flashlights, was definitely needed to aid digestion... As for the price, yes, it's not the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but the ingredients are high quality and frankly, the adventure is well worth it!
