Passing through Verdun to visit the memorial, we had dinner at Mamie's on a Sunday evening. Incredible experience! Generous and hearty regional cuisine: a small Lorraine pâté (which fits on a large plate), fantastic pig's trotter stuffed with andouillette sausage (!!), cheese, and mirabelle plum tart. My best meal of 2026. The waitresses are wonderful. Don't hesitate, and remember to book!

A warm welcome, a good, hearty, and quite refined meal. I had a quiche Lorraine and a country-style chicken escalope, and I wasn't disappointed! A great place to keep in mind.

Excellent restaurant. Generous portions and high quality. We discovered the house aperitif: crème de cassis and red wine. Fantastic. Reservations are highly recommended.

A very friendly restaurant. The dining rooms are unique, and the portions are generous. Everything is homemade! The waitresses are very energetic and pleasant. A word of advice: make a reservation as the restaurant is often full.

Very good, very tasty, and above all, very generous portions. We ate very well; it was great for two. €60 is more than reasonable for what you get, so we went back the next day 😄 when it's good 😉😁

18/08/2026: A lovely lunch spot at number 29 on the port in Mèze (34). The €19.90 set menu at lunchtime in the middle of August featured a whole sea bream as the daily special... incredible and delicious! A special mention: the waiter was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend it :)

09/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise, a lovely interior dining room with a very inviting terrace. We ordered a casserole of snails in a pastis and leek sauce, very original and delicious, a generous portion. (Only €10.90) The suggested beef dish, on this particular day it was entrecôte at €23.80, so quite reasonable. We received a beautiful, not-too-fatty, and very flavorful cut. All this accompanied by a bottle of St Nicolas de Bourgueil for €20.00. I highly recommend it.
06/08/2026: The food was okay, but the service and friendliness were appalling.
