A fantastic discovery at Chez Max during the street fair! We had a wonderful time, and above all, the mussels were absolutely delicious. Perfectly prepared, flavorful, and generous portions—a real treat! A highly recommended spot that I wholeheartedly endorse. We'll definitely be back!

09/08/2026: Fantastic discovery last night… excellent dishes, fresh seasonal produce, and top-notch service and welcome. The decor is simply amazing! The wine list is small but the selection is perfect! Special mention for the cleanliness of both the restaurant and the open kitchen – no surprises there. The owner is fantastic; we'll be back soon to share it with our friends! A big thank you for the delicious complimentary digestif :)

17/09/2026: The welcome was lively and quite friendly. The service lacked a bit of professionalism, but everyone was doing their best, which contributed to the convivial atmosphere. We enjoyed it... As for the food, it was a bit disappointing, both the Welsh rarebit and the carbonnade, as well as the fries. Admittedly, the portions were generous. But Welsh rarebit isn't just melted cheese with a bit of ham and a few croutons thrown in; carbonnade is primarily about tender meat, and fries should be crispy. In short, there's room for improvement to delight the palates of tourists and locals alike! The place is magical, so we liked it, but we're convinced it could be much better.
