Excellent hot plant-based drinks. Very creamy and delicious! However, the service was far from welcoming, which left us with a slightly bitter taste.

Everything is perfect at Mika's: the welcome, the quality of the drinks, cakes, and meals, and the bright and pleasant atmosphere. We never fail to stop by whenever we're back in the area. Special mention goes to the Christmas meal and the Chai Latte (the best we've ever had!).

The atmosphere is peaceful in this tea room, and the service is attentive. We enjoyed a Sunday brunch. The open-faced sandwiches and bagels were excellent, made with quality ingredients, as were the pastries. And the icing on the cake: they also carry the delicious products from Les Papas Confituriers on the Île de Ré. Thank you, we highly recommend it!

A wonderful discovery and a wonderful experience! As a resident of Royan, I'd never set foot in this shop before... And what a mistake! The welcome: impeccable! The atmosphere: cozy and soothing! The food: delicious! Summary: I'll be back soon!!! In short, it's worth noting, a must-try so you can come back! Bravo!!!

12/12/2025: Nice place with good value for money, despite some occasional inconsistencies with the portion sizes.
09/12/2025: Very disappointed. The service was sorely lacking; it was incredibly slow. Starters were served at the same time as those who only ordered a main course… a shame. Tables were reset (end of service), but not cleared… we waited ages. No coffee was offered. The waiter didn't know how to set the cutlery correctly. The food was good, but the presentation was mediocre; the salad in the starters was swimming in dressing. That's it…

18/02/2026: We ate there today, the wait was very long for dishes that weren't particularly elaborate, the atmosphere and the servers weren't very pleasant, and more than half the menu was sold out by 1 p.m. I'd recommend it more for drinks than for a meal.
07/02/2026: Facing the beach and the casino, the location is excellent. The back room is lovely with a beautiful mural...a Mucha-inspired design.
