I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. The dishes are always the same, and the new ones, like the frog leg risotto, are exceptional—a great daily special.
The service is just as good. Keep up the good work, you're fantastic!

Some prices are a bit high, but overall the food is good. There's a decent selection, but it's still reasonable considering the pizzas, pastas, etc. The service is efficient, and when the weather is nice, the terrace is pleasant, as is the square in general, with a carousel for children, an ice cream parlor, and so on. Parking is available in a lot just steps from this restaurant, which is well worth a visit.

First visit to Mimmo: Professional welcome, efficient and well-paced service.
Excellent pizza with a thick but digestible and perfectly cooked crust. The ingredients are clearly high quality.
Two drawbacks, however:
The tiled floor makes the noise level quite high.
The price of the extra topping (€3) is well above average. This makes you hesitate to treat yourself to something extra.

An exceptional find. Passing through Molsheim on Friday, November 14th, we popped into this pizzeria. The entrance is unassuming, but honestly, what a great idea! It had been a long time since we'd eaten such an excellent pizza: a thin and fluffy crust, fresh and flavorful ingredients. I should mention that it was very generous, both for us and for the neighboring tables. We didn't even have room for dessert. The wine was equally excellent: a Bardolino, superb.
We made sure to compliment the pizza chef's professionalism.
