After eating 3 times at Minh, I realize that the dishes are good and tasty, however the taste of their coriander is not very pleasant and I find that a shame because I normally like this herb… But that aside, their dishes are awesome!

Le gérant du magasin très aimable à discuter avec nous pendant 20 minutes puis nous a servi un très bon bouboune Si vous habitez à Angers vous connaissez forcément cette masterclass

Very nice waiter and quiet atmosphere (very few seats so not too much noise), the pho is excellent but the spring rolls and samosas have too much dough and the spring rolls are not incredible. And it must also be said that Saigon is right next door and the price difference is worth it.

J’ai adoré! J’avais une forte envie de nems et j’ai été comblé! Ils sont croquants et délicieux. J’ai ensuite pris des crevettes et du riz et parfait aussi! je recommande.
