Pleasant setting and truly excellent paellas, generous portions at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

This is a specialty restaurant that sells only paella! (Unfortunately, it seems pasta has been removed from the menu.) Still, it was delicious enough, and I liked that it was packed with seafood. The prices aren't cheap, but seeing the generous amount of seafood, I understood why! The sangria was especially sweet and tasty, almost like grape juice, so I highly recommend ordering it along with your paella. 👍🏻

We arrived at 9:30 PM one day, but they had already closed the kitchen, so try not to be too late. We went without a reservation and sat down directly, but reservations might be necessary on busier days. We ordered a La Fruit de Mer and a La Homard paella; prices range from 25-40 euros per person, and they don't allow sharing between two people. We also ordered a 50cl bottle of house white wine to go with the paella. Paella: Very Good The taste was really good, and the portion was large. The level of burntness in the bottom layer was exactly what I liked in some places; if it had been the same throughout the pan, I think it could have been even better. Take a portion of the paella, squeeze some lemon over it, add some of the hot sauce, and stir. Welcome to a feast of flavors :) Wine: Average Honestly, it wasn't perhaps the best white wine I've ever had, but considering Nice standards, 10 euros for a 50cl bottle of white wine was quite reasonable. If I went again, I would order the same wine; it balanced the acidity nicely with the paella. Would I go again? Yes, absolutely. I haven't tried all the paella places in Nice, but from what I've researched and seen, this is one of the two best paella places in Nice. Since it's not in one of Nice's busiest locations, if you're looking for a quieter place to enjoy a delicious evening and chat, this is definitely the place to go.

It was a really delicious seafood paella! As Japanese people, we often think that two servings for two people might be a bit too much when eating abroad, but we easily finished it all! It was packed with the delicious flavor of seafood and absolutely delicious. And the staff were incredibly kind, which made our meal very enjoyable. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again when I go to Nice!
