There were four of us and I ate into all four dishes! Beautiful plates and really very tasty. A superb discovery, this restaurant. I recommend!

Very good experience whether for the welcome, the service and the cuisine where most things are homemade. Special mention to one of the waitresses who was adorable with our daughter!

A wonderful restaurant with a warm welcome. We were late to arrive in Metz and this restaurant made a late arrival a lovely evening. Excellent, tasty food and they made evert effort to fit us in with no reservation. We were so grateful of their hospitable approach. Thank you

Llegamos tarde a Metz y este restaurante hizo una llegada tarde una noche encantadora. Excelente comida, sabrosa y se esforzaron al máximo para encajar en nosotros sin ninguna reserva. Estábamos muy agradecidos de su enfoque hospitalario. Gracias.

Menus Entrée Plat Dessert, très bon. Assiette élaborée avec goût. Seul bémol, la terrasse est petite donc si il y a une grande table, ça peut être gênant pour les personnes qui sont autour à cause du bruit ajouté à celui de la route.

15/01/2025: I had an excellent evening in this restaurant with a magnificent setting. The dishes were excellent with quality products and impeccable service. However, there was a bit of a wait but nothing bad. I recommend it to you.
13/01/2025: One of the waitresses was laughing from knocking everything down. Better to smile.

Brasserie Flo Metz

02/01/2026: The value for money is clearly lacking. The €39 set menu (starter/main course) is expensive for a brasserie, and the €10 dessert option offers no real benefit. The service is the main weakness: a cold welcome, visibly stressed and rushed waiters, the feeling of being rushed rather than truly attended to, and no advice offered, particularly regarding wine selection. The meat was indeed well-cooked, but served cold, which is hardly acceptable at this price point. Overall, the experience feels rushed despite the food being decent in substance.
31/12/2025: Excellent sauerkraut served in a casserole dish (be warned, it looks small, but that's deceiving!), generous with meat and cabbage, for only 25 euros! For dessert, the tiramisu, a Black Forest-style twist, was really quite good. The brasserie decor is very cozy, and the service (even if it took a little while to get going) was very friendly. A very pleasant experience; our neighbors were also delighted with their meals. We'll definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu if we return to Metz.
