During our stay in Aigues-Mortes, we had the pleasure of discovering a fantastic place! We wanted to try oysters and other specialties, and we stumbled upon the oyster bar "Chez Papi Moïse." The service was top-notch: friendly, welcoming, and very professional, with excellent advice on choosing oysters and other dishes. A truly delightful experience in a convivial atmosphere.
