We ate there at noon, drawn in by the menu, and we weren't disappointed. The owner and staff are very friendly and took the time to explain the menu. The owner even offered us six shrimp for free because we had made the trip – very kind of him. We tried the "Octopus Fiction," octopus cooked with garlic, parsley, and potatoes – a delicious dish. A very good place to eat.

So, before writing my review, I read a few Google reviews... I was surprisingly surprised to see so many one-star reviews... telling people to avoid it... that's just jealousy from neighbors... But at the same time, I'm very happy, because it leaves more room for us to discover a place like this, unique, passionate, with a personalized welcome. Even if the crowds will inevitably affect the service when it's busy. The seafood is fresh, very fresh, well described and presented. It's checked with every preparation... Seafood is a passion in this restaurant! Some people complain about the menu, which is actually clear and precise about what they offer... I recommend it 1000% for people who aren't looking for bland, touristy food...

A truly wonderful place to discover in Aigues-Mortes! The seafood was incredibly fresh, the cuisine expertly prepared, and the owner and staff gave us a very warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a delightful time! We highly recommend it! Located on a quiet little street at the foot of the Sablons church... magical!

They radiate sunshine: the staff, the owner, the food. The seafood? Incredibly fresh. They carefully explain the entire menu, and you can enjoy the cheerful atmosphere of the kitchen. We stumbled upon it by chance and were delighted to be seated on this peaceful terrace.

The food and service were excellent and perfectly complemented our visit to the Camargue! A very welcoming family-run business, now in its fifth generation. I have rarely eaten such good and fresh seafood. Highly recommended!

11/04/2026: What a wonderful surprise when we arrived at this magical place! We received such a warm welcome, and Jean-Christophe was exceptionally kind and helpful. Everything here is pure luxury, tranquility, and pleasure. The decor is magnificent, with exquisite taste. The breakfast served in our room was fantastic, refined, and excellent.
08/04/2026: A wonderful experience at the Hôtel des Remparts. We had a truly enjoyable stay from beginning to end. The location is ideal, just steps from an entrance to the ramparts, close to the tower, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful. The staff is attentive, and the room was superb, comfortable, and well-maintained. The spaces like the pool and spa are perfect for relaxing. We were traveling with our dog, and the welcome he received was particularly appreciated—you can tell that everything is designed with dogs in mind, which isn't always the case. The breakfast is excellent, with high-quality products, and we also really enjoyed having a drink at the bar at the end of the day. Special mention goes to the tapas, which showcase a great collaborative approach with local artisans and restaurants. A place where you simply feel at home. We will gladly return.
