For me, this is the best restaurant in Aigues-Mortes. The prices are absolutely justified. The quality of the food, the beautifully presented dishes—everything is sensational. The service is incredibly friendly, and the interior is so inviting. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant's name piqued my curiosity! The welcome and service were excellent. The fish and shellfish dishes were beautifully prepared, with refined and delicate side dishes. They have a lovely local wine cellar. There's an interior courtyard and a rooftop terrace in the summer.

Le Dit Vin is a must-visit. The owner is wonderful: welcoming, passionate, and highly professional. You can immediately sense his desire to please and share his passion.
The food is simply delicious: fresh ingredients, flavorful dishes, and perfectly executed preparation. The wine pairings are excellent, with a beautiful wine list that will delight wine lovers.
