Pleasant setting, delicious and beautifully presented dishes, the meats were very good and very tender, as was the dessert, very friendly service, the only major drawback was the wait between the main course and dessert, more than 25 minutes…

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The setting is pleasant, calm, and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a peaceful meal. The food is simply exceptional: refined, flavorful dishes prepared with great care. The service is also impeccable; the staff is attentive, smiling, and truly goes the extra mile from beginning to end. You immediately feel comfortable and welcome. A truly excellent restaurant that I recommend without hesitation!

We had dinner and chose several tapas from the menu, accompanied by glasses of premium wine, which was very good. The setting is pleasant, with the option of dining in a sheltered courtyard. The service was very friendly and efficient.

No complaints about the quality of the food, but the service was slow (although the staff did their best and were very friendly). However, the price/quality ratio was still excessive... otherwise, it was great.

A true gem in Aigues-Mortes! We had dinner at Le Dit-Vin and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food is simply excellent: flavorful dishes, perfectly executed, made with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the incredibly generous portions; you definitely get your money's worth. The presentation of the dishes is refined, elegant, worthy of a gourmet restaurant—a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. But beyond the food, what makes all the difference is the welcome. The owner is lovely, attentive, very warm, and caring. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home, with that little something extra that makes the experience even more memorable. In short, a must-visit if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back!

A truly beautiful setting in this restaurant, where the use of high-quality local produce is remarkable. Bravo, Chef! The rib-eye steaks are exceptional, and the portions are just right! A must-try in Aigues-Mortes, in my opinion.
