Well, I came here to immerse myself in a decor that really appealed to me... what a shame to have broken the spell everyone was talking about... truly disappointed. The food was good, but... it used to be too! The atmosphere is clearly completely different now. I would have appreciated it if the page and website on all social media had been updated; that would have been more honest and transparent. Especially when you travel all the way here specifically... and from far away.

There's a friendly new owner, and the redecorated space is nothing like the photos on the website. The new owner greets you with a smile and serves you. She's introduced a new style of cooking with dishes featuring fresh or preserved seasonal vegetables and delicious homemade sauces. The spread isn't store-bought; you can tell from its ingredients and taste that it's made on-site. The onion soup is a proper soup, not just a broth with a generous handful of grated cheese on top. The plum tiramisu is a real treat for dessert. It's excellent value for money considering the quality. This establishment has a small menu, everything is made fresh, and the wait between courses is short. It's a unique place amidst all the other traditional restaurants nearby. It's a shame the photos aren't uploading 😒

We found this place on Google and were charmed by the beautiful vintage decor! However, we were very disappointed when we arrived; the vintage decor was completely outdated, with only a few wall clocks remaining. Nevertheless, the welcome was warm and the meal delicious, all at a very reasonable price!

The food was decent but quite simple, with rather uninspired dishes. Given the excellent reviews, we expected a more authentic French culinary experience. The service was adequate, but rather impersonal and didn't particularly contribute to making the experience enjoyable or memorable.

Excellent lunch in a vintage musical atmosphere. The dishes were fresh, generous, and perfectly cooked. Special mention for the quality of the ingredients and the elegant presentation of the plates. The decor has been updated, more subdued while still retaining a touch of vintage charm. The food is excellent. The bagel from the bocage region is a delight for vegetarians, and the coconut chocolate mousse is simply divine. The welcome is very friendly; you feel right at home at Paulette's. ❤️☀️🐦

First restaurant I came across upon arrival and I don't regret it at all! Everything was delicious, the service was quick, and the view of the cathedral was incredible 😍
