Fantastic dinner! The best of the trip so far. My Seabass was amazing. I highly recommend L'Alchimie. Make sure you have reservations.

April 4, 2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. And we're so glad we went in for lunch. Excellent value for money. We ordered the set lunch menu, and out of four adults, all four were delighted. I'm usually stingy with 5 stars, but I'm giving this one without hesitation. For €23, you can't expect anything less. When something is so incredibly good and not too expensive, it deserves 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A creative and wonderful menu that changes each week. We had the frog legs and beet root starter which were excellent. The beer root had a nice blend of sweet and earthy flavors. The fog legs had a great mix of flavors. We had the tuna entree which was complimented with a wonderful leek side with a balanced sauce. The tuna was amazing with pesto, pine nuts, and a great blend of sweet. One of the best tuna dishes I've ever had. Finished off with the chocolate dessert. This is a must go to place.

An exceptional dinner!! An inexpensive experience considering the quality of the service and the delicious flavors on our plates… A young man who clearly loves what he does meticulously advised us on the wine, and who listened to the customers without being intrusive. Perfect service and expertly prepared cuisine. A 10/10 for this establishment. Thank you for this wonderful evening!!
