A trip to Italy in the heart of Denain! If there's one place that truly deserves its reputation as an institution, it's Chez Peppone. For me, it's simply the best restaurant in the area, by far! The welcome is warm, the food unforgettable, and every visit is a true escape 😌 I went there for lunch today and I can't wait to go back... thank you to Salvatore and his entire team for your passion that delights us. First time at Peppone. Simply delicious, one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The only downside was a big disappointment at the register: "We don't accept restaurant cards" 🧐. It's a real shame; we would have come very, very regularly. If you want a delicious meal, don't hesitate! 😋

A true gem of Italian cuisine! Every visit is an absolute pleasure. I've had the chance to try several dishes: perfectly executed pasta, delicious pizzas, charcuterie boards for appetizers, and everything is consistently excellent. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and from the very first bite, you can taste the chef's passion for his craft. The restaurant's atmosphere is equally remarkable: warm, friendly, with a pleasant and respectful clientele. You simply feel at home. A place you'll gladly return to, and one I wholeheartedly recommend. Kudos to the owner for his talent and dedication; it's perfect from start to finish!

04/01/2026: A fantastic find! The three of us had lunch there on January 5th at 12:30 pm and everything was perfect. From the welcome to the food, the quality was outstanding. 12/11/2025: We received a very warm welcome, even though we hadn't booked, as we were just passing through the area. The food is simple but well-executed (a special mention for the fries, which I don't usually like, but here they were excellent!) and in the end, it was very, very good. The decor is tasteful. The restrooms are spotlessly clean. Everything I love when I go to a restaurant. The owner, a petite woman, is always buzzing with energy and very cheerful. She greets her regulars with kisses, and clearly, there are many regulars. In less than half an hour, all the tables were taken. Good places are passed on by word of mouth... And besides, I say that small businesses that do a good job should be encouraged! So, go there! It's worth it! The dishes are homemade, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. One small but important detail: the menu is displayed on the paper menu you'll be given, but look around too! There are also small chalkboards on the walls offering other dishes! Keep your eyes peeled!
