I liked the place it’s clean and spot is fantastic. Choice of champagne and wine are huge. Bar attendant is really helpful and he’s doing his best for meets your expectations. I would 100% recommend to visit this place.

For us, this place deserves more than five stars! Chez Philippe has around a dozen Champagnes to choose from, with a simple and easy-to-understand menu. You can order by the bottle, by the glass (12cl or 18cl), or go for the 3-glass tasting flight (8cl each) for just €16—a deal we honestly haven’t seen anywhere else. The gentleman running the place seems to do absolutely everything—welcoming guests, giving recommendations, serving drinks, preparing and serving the charcuterie, and even keeping the restroom spotless. He does it all with genuine care and professionalism. Complimentary nuts to snack on are also a nice touch. This Champagne bar is right in the heart of one of Troyes’ charming pedestrian streets, with comfortable air-conditioned indoor seating or outdoor tables where you can sit back and watch people go by. An absolutely wonderful experience. If you’re in Troyes, don’t miss this place!

A shame, because our first visits were truly wonderful. Therefore, we're deducting one star in retrospect. The champagne, of course, tasted very good again!
