This champagne bar is a haven of delight, both for the palate and the atmosphere. The owner passionately shares his expertise to recommend a wine or champagne according to our preferences, and it's always a success! The platters are prepared to order and are excellent! A warm and cozy atmosphere in the heart of Troyes' historic center! I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic place!

We tried the tasting of 3 champagnes, the service was excellent and the barman was friendly and knowledgeable. Great value too.
