Passing through the area...we had a really great time in this restaurant on Valentine's Day...the welcome was top-notch...the food was superb...the prices were reasonable...we will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again!

Excellent value for money! The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff are always friendly. You can tell the chef takes care in his cooking: even at lunchtime, nothing is rushed. It's always a pleasure to have lunch here.

A wonderful discovery where the food is excellent. The waiter gave great advice on wine pairings. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with views of the harbor and the city. The dishes were simply delicious! 😋

La Tramontane

15/02/2026: Came into Port-Vendres for the last 3 days of our vacation. Cold rainy weather had us run into the closest restaurant to escape. Fortunately it was La Tramontane! Food and service were excellent! We enjoyed it so much we returned the next day for Valentines dinner. Pâté and Carpaccio St Jacques for appetizers, and the sole and entrecôte for mains. Outstanding meals! Might end up there tonight🤷‍♂️

06/04/2026: Superb restaurant overlooking the harbor. The cuisine was exquisite and refined, a true delight for the palate. Added to this was the very attentive service. A wonderful experience; I highly recommend it.
28/03/2026: Very tasty and light fish meal with a professional service. Our only complaint was the fish tank in the restaurant was off putting and cruel to the pet fish.
