Chez Quentin sur Nogaro

Okay, let's be clear, I discovered this place completely by chance, and as luck would have it, I think I stumbled upon the best restaurant in the area (sorry to the others 🤣). Honestly, the lamb shank was to die for, served piping hot and very generously topped with foie gras. The tagliatelle was excellent and also very generous, all for a reasonable price, in a friendly, working-class atmosphere. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. And a very good little cooperative wine. Well done to the whole team.

We came with friends to enjoy the evening, but the service and the waitress were a bit off-putting, perhaps with a touch of humor we didn't understand. The menus are very generous and delicious, although I think a little less salad in the appetizers would be great.

Excellent restaurant in Nogaro… Homemade dishes and fresh ingredients… the veal stew is delicious… The set menus are very reasonably priced for the quality and quality of the food… I highly recommend it
