In the family we love wood-fired tarte flambée at home. I have already tried many brands of tarte flambée pastry, forget everything and give it a try with the traditional pasta, crispy, unique taste, perfect cooking, one thing is certain, I won't take any others!! ☺️ what a great discovery,😋!

05/09/2024: After all the classic Alsatian food, L'Osmose was a nice discovery. High school cooking with surprises and refinement. Really something for culinary enthusiasts. Definitely worth a detour!!
