Wow! What a fantastic restaurant! The best sirloin steak I've ever eaten ♥️ a delicious steak tartare as a starter and an amazing dessert! And all that with a beautiful view! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back here!

To be perfectly honest, I expected much better. The prices are high for the dishes, desserts, and drinks offered. I eat out a lot for work, and I have to say that the prices aren't justified. As for the service, there are a few things that need improvement. First of all, a smile! It doesn't cost anything! Also, when taking your order, it would be helpful to mention that sauces are extra; this would avoid surprises on the bill (it's barely acceptable). Furthermore, having three different people serving you is bound to cause mistakes! It's inevitable! There was an error with the aperitif, which was difficult to correct quickly and, what's more, we were charged twice (checking the bill carefully is important). Then, I ordered a second glass of wine. The waiter forgot about it in the meantime, and I had to ask twice, and two different people each time. Better organization is needed! And I suspected there would be a billing error, it was inevitable! Anyway! Nothing special in terms of taste, service needs improvement and prices are high (let's not kid ourselves).

Excellent experience. In the shade of centuries-old plane trees. View of the Château de la Rochefoucauld. Unpretentious yet authentic cuisine. I will gladly return. Impeccable service, smiling, polite, and above all, discreet young staff. Excellent value for money as well. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is friendly and welcoming, even in 40-degree heat! There were 10 of us at the table, including 4 children, and by the end of the meal, all 10 plates were empty... That says it all! Kudos to the chef for the quality and perfect cooking of the meat. We will definitely be back.

Good food, closet prepared steak to my liking while in France, but still a little to raw for my taste. Found a new bourbon here! Woodford reserve, very Good!! Very much enjoyed the outside seating, except for people smoking at their tables. Miss that from U.S. restaurants where it is not allowed.

A lovely little restaurant we discovered on our way back from Dax. The welcome was very friendly; they even accepted us with our small dog. Excellent homemade meal. Located near the beautiful Château de Rochefoucauld. A place to remember.

During a stop in La Rochefoucauld, we stopped at Chez Steph restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! We had a fantastic meal, the meat was a real treat, everything was PERFECT! And the servers were excellent! You absolutely must stop there...
