Excellent restaurant with a view of the port. We were passing through Paimpol for a week, with our little dog. We had lunch on Monday afternoon at Uncle Guy's, and as everything was very good, we decided to return there the next day and every day of the week from September 23 to 27. If you want to eat well, for a very reasonable price, you've come to the right place. The servers are very friendly, attentive, and attentive, there is no waiting between dishes. Without hesitation, I recommend.

Excellent welcome 🤗, warm atmosphere. Very good location on the port of Paimpol 😄.
Friendly and professional staff. The dishes are plentiful and of good quality. My grandson really enjoyed the fries as did I. I liked the curry mussels. It was delicious 😋. My daughter really liked the menu.
In summary we were very satisfied 👍. We will come back with pleasure.

Good restaurant in the port of Paimpol.
Some disappointments due to the fact that we couldn't choose a table on the terrace even though there was no reservation in the restaurant book... a choice entirely at the customer's discretion?
The mussels were not cooked enough, many remained closed, the onions were not cut well either unfortunately.
The chocolate cake (fondant) is not homemade or at least is not very good.
The servers are friendly fortunately, the food remains good!

I would simply like to tell you that for my father's birthday, the waiters took great care of us (special dedication to Hugo, little eyes and big smile 🤩)
Excellent oysters, delicious mussels, top-notch homemade mayo and mustard and a wide choice of wines that delighted our taste buds. The perfect lamb chops.
We are at the Colonel and I hope that almond cognacs will be offered.
Good team (ninnog, arthur, denis) and very good service.
To do again!!!

Accueil parfait, souriant avec une petite pointe d'humour. Les menus sont excellents, copieux et parfaitement réalisés. Nous avons apprécié la proposition de nous faire goûter le vin avant de commander la bouteille ... chose de plus en plus rare.
Un personnel bienveillant et agréable tout au long du repas.
Une très bonne adresse pour un repas en famille avec une belle vue sur le port !
