Chez Zou sur Valenciennes

The atmosphere was okay, quite intimate when there are few people. On a Thursday evening (9 p.m. to 10 p.m.), I would have expected more than just my duo and another group of 2 people. The place is very small on the other hand, a wheelchair would not fit, or with difficulty. The service was okay too. Not the best of the best but the person serving remained cordial, polite and kind. For cooking, a simple pasta dish and a simple pizza were taken. It was delicious, no complaints about the quantity. For desserts, a (dark) chocolate cake and a tiramisu. Same, delicious as can be and not heavy. Regarding the drinks, they were expensive. €4 for orange juice from a glass bottle, €4.50 for a coke also from a glass bottle. Not sure it's worth this price. In the end, still a good experience. I might come back.

I didn't find any Italian cuisine there, as promised on the menu... If you order a schnitzel and receive a sea of ​​pasta with a little meat, all covered in a thick layer of sauce...

A small restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside but when you push the door you enter into a warm atmosphere. The food is excellent, the owners are super friendly. It's definitely a place to visit

Contrairement à certains avis qui me semblent à mille lieux de la vérité , les quantités sont amplement suffisantes ! Chaque fois que nous allons dans ce restaurant, nous ne sommes jamais déçu! Loin de là même. Après si les gens préfèrent les usines à bouffe avec plus d’espaces, qu’il ne mettent pas les pieds chez Zou! En effet, ce lieu privilégie la qualité à la quantité et est au petit soin avec ses clients. Chose que vous ne trouvez pas partout! Nous avons en tout cas encore passé un excellent moment romantique pour la Saint Valentin dans ce restaurant au charme indéniable ! Et nous y retournerons très vite car nous ne sommes jamais déçu !
