29/08/2024: The place is cool, well placed along the Saint Martin canal, with good music, open kitchen and friendly waiters. Beautiful wine and cocktail list which helped to cope with the heat that day. And Adam Purcell's food was superb. I tried to recreate his artichoke at home with very much success

23/08/2024: This place has no business being this great but they do. Amazing staff, some of the most delicious (from conceptualization to execution and flavor) food I’ve ever had, and just all around a great experience to have this be my first dinner in Paris.
