Early June sur Paris

We went here in March for my birthday. I was on holiday with my bro. We had a bit of a wait which was expected as we knew It was one of the most popular places in Paris. We arrived and were instantly accommodated for. The sommmelier asked us what we would like to drink and we said a list of wines that we liked and entrusted him with a choice for us. The bottle did not disappoint at all. perfect choice. Food wise it was immaculate. Swift, quality and delicious food came quickly and as soon as we had finished our previous course. As well as the high quality of the service and the food; the vibe was immaculate. Candlelit, chill, accommodating and pristine vibes made our amazing dinner that bit better. Thank you so much !

We came after watching Action Bronson's videos on YT. Best restaurant in Paris, without fail. Originality raised to another level. Every X weeks they bring a chef from one part of the world to cook. We had a chef from Seoul and the truth is that we loved all the dishes. Greetings to Elias! A crack like all the staff. We will be back!

Honestly I think I come back here for the service as much as the food. This is a star group of changing international chefs, and a 5 star front of house service that is very accommodating and patient. Food is always pretty impeccable and with fun concepts, interior is chic but laid back. Wine selection is top notch. Only negative is the bathroom could be improved, feels a bit disconnected with the atmosphere of the rest of the place.

The atmosphere is good and the chefs came to introduce each dish which was nice. The waiting staff were friendly but the portions are small so be prepared to order the whole menu (on the evening our group of 4 went there were 6 dishes). The food was delicious we just did not order enough!

🍷🥬Tip:Do not ask for recommendations. They brought us the entire menu and I think it was a bad idea. There were dishes that were very worthwhile but others were practically all salads. I recommend the place and the atmosphere but I would return choosing myself.

A MUST in Paris. Amazing wine bar with an excellent selection of natural wines. The food is also great. Innovative and changing according to the invited chefs they have. Allow Victor to suggest the wine and just sink in the atmosphere.

Full five stars for Early June and a new favorite place for me. What will keep me coming back here often is that they have a great concept behind the restaurant. They have international chefs take over the restaurant every so often and this keeps their menu interesting and intriguing and very reasonably priced. Irish chef Adam Purcell was the chef at this time and all the dishes were inventive and delicious. The merguez with Chinese style steamed bun with smoked yoghurt…just wow, loved it. Ordered five different plates to share and had a perfect bottle of wine they recommended for the food. Wine is also top here and super well selected…For me Early June hits all the right notes that a restaurant needs to to be great and at a super reasonable price. Looking forward to going back when the next chef is there!

Amazing food, great restaurant setting, very attentive staff. Good for couples and small groups. All the dishes were outstanding, it has become one of my new favorite restaurants in Paris !
