Un peu à l'écart de la rue principale mais à ne pas manquer. Plats délicieux et copieux. Tout a été un régal : cochon de lait, boudin noir, merguez basques au piment d'Espelette. Les frites maison sont à tomber par terre. Nous y étions à 4 vers 14 h et le service était rapide.

A huge thank you to the staff of this warm, clean and perfectly located hotel. In addition, the restaurant is suitable for our hiking breakfast at 7 a.m., vegetarian and gluten-free!

We went to the restaurant, there were 4 of us and without a reservation. Very warm welcome from all the staff. We ate excellently. We shared the pig’s trotter fingers as an aperitif. For the main course I chose the squids which were just perfect and my friends had the veal axoa which was also delicious. In short, a success from all points of view. I recommend 100%.

A very good welcome and stay despite arriving outside reception opening hours, a lovely comfortable room with a view of the mountains, a location right in the center of Espelette. A hearty and good breakfast. I was also able to store my bike safely. THANKS !

C'est pas forcément le restaurant le plus visible, par contre, indéniablement, il mérite largement d'être découvert. Personnels très agréables. Plats locaux, faits maison et goutus. Ambiance super agréable. Un très bon moment passé.

13/11/2024: Come quickly and taste authentic products, come and encourage these beautiful people who give their body and soul to delight you. I went to eat this afternoon. The cuisine is generous. The products are tasty. The price is more than reasonable. You are well received. The farm's products are authentic. I enjoyed the Basque cake, the managers are adorable. It feels like home, I highly recommend it. Jonah

02/09/2024: Wir haben Anfang Mai hier übernachtet und einen Abend im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Die – typisch baskische angerichteten – Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr gut und die Weinempfehlung des Obers passte sehr gut zum Essen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und den Abend genossen.
