If you're planning a trip to Espelette, I highly recommend this establishment.
11/03/2026: We had a very pleasant lunch! The staff were very kind; we arrived with a baby in a stroller and a dog, and they seated us in a separate room (which was great so as not to disturb the other customers). The food was delicious, the pork was excellent! We highly recommend this place.

19/05/2026: We went to Spain, unfortunately it was too crowded, so we stopped. The welcome was perfect, the service was amazing ❤️💜 My warm goat cheese salad with local ham and sheep's cheese was delicious 😋

The homemade non-alcoholic cocktail with elderflower was amazing.
Everything was delicious, the falafel and taloa were incredible, and the sauce with the pork dish was equally delicious. Thank you again to the chef.
Thank you also to Nini for her warm welcome and for being so attentive to my pregnant wife.
Looking forward to returning.

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute de nos goûts pour que nous passions un moment parfait!
Ce restaurant mérite bel et bien son étoile ⭐️ C’était une belle découverte dans le pays Basque ☺️

13/11/2024: Come quickly and taste authentic products, come and encourage these beautiful people who give their body and soul to delight you. I went to eat this afternoon. The cuisine is generous. The products are tasty. The price is more than reasonable. You are well received. The farm's products are authentic. I enjoyed the Basque cake, the managers are adorable. It feels like home, I highly recommend it.
