Excellent welcome. The breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. Everything is locally sourced, which is a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is attentive to any request. The only slight drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which can be a bit bothersome when it's a little warm, despite the efficient and quiet fan. Another minor disappointment is the closed dining table. It's a shame in the evening, as the quality seems to be excellent. A great place to stay that I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very kind, and the food was divine. If you're planning a trip to Espelette, I highly recommend this establishment.

We had a very pleasant lunch! The staff were very kind; we arrived with a baby in a stroller and a dog, and they seated us in a separate room (which was great so as not to disturb the other customers). The food was delicious, the pork was excellent! We highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and hesitated to write this review given our very mixed experience: - A very kind gentleman working there recommended hikes in the area, and the hotel was very well located with an excellent breakfast. - A woman working there insulted and humiliated us on our last day, falsely accusing us of smoking in the room, to the point where we were left in tears of confusion. We hope that similar incidents did not occur afterward, because without this one, we would have given it a 5/5 rating.

09/09/2024: Cadre agréable , bonne adresse pour déjeuner, le personnel est souriant et serviable, les plats typiques de la région sont bons et bien servis.
02/09/2024: Wir haben Anfang Mai hier übernachtet und einen Abend im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Die – typisch baskische angerichteten – Speisen waren ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr gut und die Weinempfehlung des Obers passte sehr gut zum Essen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und den Abend genossen.
