We bought a small chocolate heart for Valentine's Day. Exquisite, I have nothing to complain about, it was delicious!

As a chocolate lover, I find them truly exquisite. I find it hard to find anything comparable. Well done! It's such a shame that the welcome and service weren't up to par. Otherwise, the experience would have been perfect. I'm taking the time to write a review on December 24th because, despite spending €65 that day, I wasn't even offered a tasting (not even a chocolate treat). This lack of customer service is unfortunately all too common and leaves a slightly bitter taste.

Not being a chocolate lover, this shop changed my mind. To be honest, I was getting very bad advice before. Now I'm, you could say, a regular at this lovely shop in Compiègne. The saleswomen are passionate and elegant.

I confess I don't understand some of the comments aimed at tearing down the saleswoman(s). The service is, in fact, impeccable. I often go there to buy personalized gifts for my clients, and even today, for holidays, for my loved ones. The service is efficient, professional, and friendly. Moreover, the products are of unparalleled finesse and quality. In short, if you have good taste and are looking for an exceptional local chocolatier, I highly recommend it!
