A beautiful establishment steeped in the Bayonne chocolate tradition! Traditional products with superb execution! Truly traditional in the best and noblest sense of the word, with pralines and chocolates expertly crafted in terms of coating and texture! No frills, no fuss! Technical mastery and undeniable expertise! A most pleasant and warm welcome and a delightful conversation!

01/03/2026: Last Friday we had the set menu with a starter and a main course. The starter was a crispy vegetable and cheese dish with a pepper sauce, which was delicious. Beautifully presented and very tasty. The main course was a piece of hake on rice with vegetables and a fish sauce. We were served by a young man and woman who were incredibly kind. We don't speak French, and they made a real effort to communicate with us. Much appreciated. Delicious food, very well presented, and a great atmosphere. You couldn't ask for more.
27/02/2026: Right in the heart of Bayonne, next to the market and the river. Very attentive, efficient, and friendly service. The establishment has a large terrace for eating and/or having drinks, and a few tables inside. They offer a varied menu and a daily special for €12, a half menu for €15, or a full menu for €18. Drinks are not included. The food is well-prepared, beautifully presented, and the portions are generous. It's a very pleasant place to eat when the weather is nice. Good value for money.

Bajadita

02/04/2026: We had planned to eat at a restaurant, but passing by Bajadita, the ambiance and style of the restaurant made us change our minds. From the mojito to the ribeye steak, everything was perfect... I often eat dry-aged ribeye steaks from different places, etc., but here, the tenderness of the meat was truly exceptional. Not to mention the Bayonne ham, which is outstanding! A quiet, classic restaurant—in short, a very pleasant place to be.
31/03/2026: Excellent meal as a team. Very friendly waitress.
