Great professionalism and a warm welcome were provided when purchasing pastries or a wedding cake. This was the case on Sunday. The desired theme was perfectly respected with the invaluable assistance of Madame Millot and the professionalism of the pastry chef. Everything was perfect. The choux buns and nougatine were excellent. We recommend this pastry shop for everyday treats or special occasions. A huge thank you. A little paradise in the heart of Beaune! First of all, the welcome is always with a smile and the quality of the sweets is equal to that of the service. I tried the chocolate éclairs, the Comté sacristains and the vigneronne tart, everything was excellent! For the vigneronne tart, I had ordered it in advance for customers and one of them said that she had tasted perfection only 3 times in her life and that this was one of them! I unfortunately only come to Beaune once a year but Passion Millot is and will remain a must-try every time I am in the area!

Ordered today for an exceptional cake, all sweetness and delicacy. A firm biscuit, just as melted as you could wish, fresh fruit of the highest quality, just the right amount of ripeness, and... an incredibly light and delicate cream. As usual, never disappointed, always surprised by so much refinement in flavors and textures. Thank you for giving us these moments of true pleasure.
