The desired theme was perfectly respected with the invaluable assistance of Madame Millot and the professionalism of the pastry chef. Everything was perfect. The choux buns and nougatine were excellent. We recommend this pastry shop for everyday treats or special occasions. A huge thank you. A little paradise in the heart of Beaune! The welcome is always warm and friendly, and the quality of the pastries matches the excellent service. I tried the chocolate éclairs, the Comté cheese pastries, and the winemaker's tart—everything was superb! I had ordered the winemaker's tart in advance for some clients, and one of them said she had only tasted perfection three times in her life, and this was one of them! Unfortunately, I only come to Beaune once a year, but Passion Millot is and will remain a must-visit whenever I'm in the area!

Ordered for today: an exceptional cake, so delicate and refined. The sponge was firm yet melt-in-your-mouth, the fresh, high-quality fruit was perfectly ripe, and... the cream was incredibly light and delicate.
