Very expensive for the quality, comparable to other chocolatiers...very long wait because it was very busy, and I was the only one serving.

Being a huge fan of their chocolates, and especially of the place itself, I didn't hesitate for a second to drive three hours to pick up a cake for a birthday, as well as macarons and individual pastries. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, except for the packaging. I was unpleasantly surprised to find my pistachio pastry in that state. The taste was good, although a bit too strong. My only real disappointment was the cake's appearance; it collapsed in the car despite being well-protected and in a cooler. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, though, because it's excellent, and the prices are much more reasonable than in supermarkets, but I just need to find a way to avoid this kind of pastry-related disaster.

Knowing the quality of the chocolates, I wanted to give a box as a gift. I was very disappointed by the black kraft paper packaging and mentioned it to the saleswoman. The response I received was that the smaller, slightly thicker cardboard bags with handles are an extra charge??? Considering this chocolatier's reputation, it seems to me that one should automatically expect attractive packaging. This is just a suggestion, and next time I will specifically request the extra packaging for these excellent chocolates.

Following our visit today. Very disappointed by the saleswoman, who was verbally pressuring an elderly person who was considering their choice in front of us. It would have been better to politely tell them to "take their time" and serve someone else. Furthermore, Mr. Vallée walked by and didn't respond to our greeting. Everything else was absolutely delicious, we will return hoping for more tactful service.
