I'm delighted to see the opening of this new shop, as the pastries are usually of a very high standard. However, I was disappointed by the seating area. Given the prices and the establishment's reputation, being served on a small tray with a plastic cup and a simple paper napkin is a shame. Furthermore, customers are responsible for clearing their own trays and disposing of their trash, which doesn't reflect the experience one expects in this type of establishment. I also chose a pistachio trompe-l'œil. Unfortunately, I could barely taste the pistachio, even though I love that flavor. I found it very rich in cream, to the point of feeling a little queasy.

The peanut is a pure delight and the mango is very fresh and pleasant on the palate! We thoroughly enjoyed it as a family; a wonderful and delicious discovery!

I was eagerly anticipating the new pastry shop with on-site dining. The pastries are very good, and the terrace overlooking the sea is well situated. I'm giving it three stars because I was disappointed, as I wanted to eat in. The superb pastry (the mango trompe l'oeil) was served on a cardboard stand with a small plastic spoon, and the tea was in a cardboard cup. It's a shame to spoil the experience... Even if I were to pay a little more, I would have preferred to eat it on plates and in cups.

22/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic restaurant in Les Sables-d’Olonne that I highly recommend! We had lunch at Mireille Oasis as a couple with our baby and had a wonderful time. The portions were generous, flavorful, and truly delicious. Special mention goes to the frog legs, a dish that is sadly hard to find on restaurant menus these days. They were excellent, a real treat! The setting is authentic and pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. If I had to find one small point for improvement, it would perhaps be the wait time between orders, which could be a little shorter. But that's a minor detail compared to the rest of the experience. An address we will gladly keep in mind and return to!

20/09/2026: Simple but delicious food. A lovely starter of crayfish and mushroom salad with a very pleasant hot and cold contrast. A duo of pollack with sauerkraut, very well cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
18/07/2026: A very warm welcome, a peaceful setting near the forest and the marsh. Refined and generous cuisine. I would gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful time.
