The cuisine is sophisticated and tasty! The service is also great! I can only recommend Dragon Chouquette for a great evening in Saumur!

Best discovery in Saumur. Everything is delicious, you can go there with your eyes closed. The waitress who replaces the usual waiter is adorable, it was a pleasure to share a little moment in this restaurant. And thank you very much to the chef who found solutions to my allergy.

The Dragon Chouquette, we come there and we come back! For the cuisine, which you think you know by reading the menu and which you always rediscover when the dish arrives in front of you.
Excellent value for money
For the atmosphere, without fuss, you feel good there.
